Membership Fee Collection – EziDebit

by admin in

THE AMVA NEEDS YOUR ASSISTANCE

As you are aware the Dairy Processors (Lion, Fonterra etc) have collected our AMVA membership fees, with your authority, and paid these fees into our AMVA account for many years.

However, recently we have had difficulty with incorrect deductions, missing payments from the processors & often no summary of payments made.

It has been decided that it is time for your association to take control of the membership fees.

As such, over the next three months we will need you to complete a new authority to have your fees paid monthly through a company called Ezidebit.

The AMVA has signed an agreement with Ezidebit to manage this huge task.

Most administrative fees will be paid by the AMVA. If you choose to have a deduction from your Credit Card, there will be a small fee charged to you.

We have decided to change the weekly fees to Monthly for ease of accounting & to keep admin costs down.

Note: Yearly Payment of Fees is still available and will continue as normal.

Your current WEEKLY payment is $14.30 weekly ($743.60 per year).

Your new MONTHLY payment will be $ 62.00 per month ($744.00 per year.)

For this to Progress WE NEED YOU TO COMPLETE THE ATTACHED EZIDEBIT FORM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

If you could Print off the EZIDEBIT Form & complete & MOST IMPORTANTLY —SIGN THE FORM

Please Fax back to our Office (02) 9281 4471 (our preferred option)  OR
